About me and what I offer.
Knowing who you’re working with is essential, so I’d like to introduce myself and tell you a bit about me.
Hi, I’m Jennipher She/Her/Hers A wife, and mother of 4. My operational and administrative experience comes from over 20 years of service and experience across various industries. Including but not limited to corporate tax, social service, behavioral health, and medical, to name a few. Along with my years of hands-on experience, I am certified in the following areas. Change Management, Contract Management, Project Management, DEI in the workplace, and I am an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant (OCPSA).
Additionally, I’ve been designing websites, logos, graphics, and media for over seven years. I’ve learned through on-the-job experience and self-education. Since 2016, in addition to my 9-to-5, I’ve assisted small business owners, amazing startups and non-profits.
Servant leadership is a personal value to me. I am an alumnus of Leadership Clark County, I serve as a board member of a local nonprofit that focuses on youth prevention and as a committee member of two local foundations, one whose focus is community improvement in healthcare and the other on social service and higher education. I’ve also lent hours of pro-bono work to churches and community organizations in the media area.
I’m always hunting for new tools—software that brings a pop and a wow to the finished looks of web design, logos, and graphic presence or new and enhanced systems and processes that bring ease, organization, and automation to operational and administrative areas. I enjoy learning from those I work for and with, as well as teaching others helpful things that give them ease in their business. I enjoy the creative and formal process of everything I do, and its variety excites me.
