This gives you flexible access to on-demand, skilled temporary staff without last-minute budget increases for sick days, vacations, and support for special projects.

Service Delivery
Staff will maintain familiarity with client projects through active participation in regular team meetings. Our virtual temporary staff can cover a wide range of tasks, ensuring that your business continues to operate smoothly:
- Administrative Support: Email management, calendar management, file management, and other functions/tasks within the administrative assistant scope of work/role.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Processing invoices, payroll support, and expense reporting.
- Operations Management: Vendor coordination, internal/external communications, project support, systems support, and contract administration support.
- Customer Support: Managing customer inquiries, order processing, and support during peak times. Forward your phones and emails to the assistant during the coverage period as needed and agreed upon.
- Integration with Client Teams: Virtual staff will attend weekly or monthly meetings as part of the retainer agreement to ensure alignment with ongoing projects, initiatives, and work functions. We can arrange additional meetings with an identified role proxy. We encourage client teams to provide regular updates for seamless collaboration. Virtual assistants will attend all meetings virtually, except for one in-person meeting each quarter with clients located within one hour’s drive of our home base in Springfield, OH.
Availability of Services
- Vacation Requests: Submit your vacation requests at least two business weeks in advance to access our services.
- Illness Requests: For illness requests, notify us no less than one business day in advance. We will honor same-day requests based on availability.
- Special Project Requests: You must arrange services for special projects at least one business week in advance.
- Federal Holidays Excluded: Please note that all federal holidays, along with the day before and the day after, do not count as working days. Our virtual staff will not be available on these days.
- Securing and Terminating Services: We arrange services under a one-year contract. You can cancel your contract at any time for any reason with a 30-day written notice.
Client Responsibilities
- Remote Desktop Connection: Clients are responsible for providing a secure remote desktop connection for virtual staff to access necessary files, emails, and systems required for work purposes on an as-needed basis.
- Training: Provide the training needed for industry-specific task completion or special preference training.
- Provide an acclimation period: Schedule your initial hours as an acclimation period. Per the agreement, you will schedule an acclimation phase during the first two weeks to 30 days, allowing you to acclimate the assistant to your business-specific tools, processes, documents, and procedures.
- Fees: Clients must keep the pre-paid retainer current to request services.
Retainer Structure
- We apply the retainer to the hours you use at the rate of $50 per hour. If you exceed your retainer hours, we will bill you for the difference at the same rate of $50 per hour. We include any additional billing in the next available month’s invoice.
- Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST. We can arrange hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST and accommodate requests for additional time zones on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing Structure
Our monthly retainer model offers three tiers to accommodate varying needs:

Roll over option: To assist you in retaining hours purchased, each tier includes the option to roll over unused hours (up to a maximum of 20% of the tier’s hours)
