Hi, I’m Jennipher (She/Her/Hers). I am a wife and mother of four, and I bring more than 20 years of operational and administrative experience across several dynamic industries. My background blends hands-on expertise with formal training, including certifications in:

Alongside my operations and administrative work, I have spent more than nine years designing websites, logos, graphics, and media. My skills come from on-the-job experience, self-education, and a genuine love for creative problem-solving. Servant leadership is a personal value to me. I am an alumnus of Leadership Clark County. In the past, I’ve served on the DEI committee of the Springfield Foundation and as a board member of Dance Stomp Shake. I currently serve as a grant review committee member with the Community Health Foundation (CHF). I’ve also lent several hours of pro-bono media and graphics work to churches and community organizations.
I am always exploring new tools and software that bring clarity, creativity, and efficiency to the work. Whether it is improving systems and processes for operational ease or elevating the look and feel of web design and graphics, I enjoy learning from the people I support and sharing knowledge that helps them work with more confidence. The variety of my work energizes me, and I take pride in both the creative and formal processes that make strong outcomes possible.
